You may fill it up on line, save it or print it, and Fax it or Email it back to us.
To use our online order form, please follow 3 simple steps:
1. Open the page of the product that you want to order. All product pages contain product details, pricing and an easy-to-fill SECURE ORDER FORM.
2. Submit your order: fill the SECURE ORDER FORM, then click the SUBMIT button.
You don't need to Email anything if you order blank (not custom imprinted) items.
Please note that we will design your imprint (artwork) promptly and in most cases free of any charge, unless you have a complex logo that requires total redesign. You will receive a proof for your approval before we proceed to the production stage.
SAMPLES
You have to pay US$15.00 for each sample (C$18.00), plus shipping and the cost of the item. This covers our administrative expenses. However, this amount will be deducted if and when you place an order. Hence, samples are absolutely free with your order. We accept all major credit cards.
